Mismis Technology is the IT solutions business of Mismis Concepts. We take technology projects from first design through supply, implementation and long-term support. One team is accountable from start to finish.
Where we come from
IT and networking is where Mismis began. Since 2013 we have designed and built networks, supplied and configured IT equipment, and supported the systems our clients depend on every day. That experience runs from small offices to organisations in regulated sectors such as banking and financial services. It is the foundation of everything we do today.
What we do
We work across four areas: hardware, software, networks and security. Our services cover the whole lifecycle:
- Design and consulting: assessments, solution and network architecture, security reviews and technology roadmaps.
- Supply: hardware and software from leading vendors, licensing, staging and delivery.
- Implementation: installation, configuration, migration, testing and documented handover.
- Support: help desk, on-site support, maintenance, monitoring and security services.
How we work
We start by understanding what you have and what it needs to do. You get a written design and plan before you commit. The engineers who design your solution are the ones who deliver and support it, so nothing gets lost between hand-offs. After go-live we stay on as your support team, with agreed response times and named contacts.
